Leadership Communication Redefined for Women

While there’s been remarkable progress in female equality, women today still face a unique set of challenges which can prevent them reaching their full leadership potential.
From being underrepresented in senior roles to dealing with gender bias and misperceptions, the path to progression can feel like an uphill battle.
Many women struggle with confidence, in striking the balance between being authoritative and authentic, and gaining the visibility they deserve.
We want to change this. We envision a world where women lead with impact, with clarity, and with influence; transforming organisations and society for the better. We want to see more women rise.
Through our work, we’re actively bridging the equality gap by empowering women to break barriers, amplify their voices, and unlock their leadership power.

Testimonials
- Carissa is an incredible person of deep integrity. I have experienced working with her in different settings: corporate, small teams and in 1 on 1s over the past years. Each experience has helped me take a step back to (really) see the bigger picture and was impactful way beyond the work we did together.
Ines Streimelweger-Pohl, Investor, Hedosophia - Charlotte is one of the best media trainers and executive communication coaches I’ve worked with. She strikes a rare balance that some trainers struggle with: retaining a sharp, honest journalistic mindset, while providing consultancy with the level of empathy and polish required in a client-facing setting. This approach has won the buy-in and trust of every C-suite leader we have been in a training room with together.
Jonathan Daly, Executive Director, Virgo Health - I have referred around 20 executives to Carissa & in every case she has had a significant impact in helping their confidence, developing their capabilities, and unlocking their potential. However, in a number of cases I can only describe her impact as truly transformational to their careers and lives.
Mike Thomas, former Corporate Quality Vice-President, Mars Inc - Despite the discomfort of watching and listening to the playback, yesterday’s communications training with Charlotte was one of the highlights of my first three months at the company.
Valentina Culatti, Director, Snap Inc.
